I wanted to get back to you as soon as possible with an answer to your question.

Shaun has talked to staff and the main reason for the lack of story times recently was not "the constraints of single staffing", but that nobody was turning up to them.

Because of this we are going to ask customers (through publicity in the library, and direct contact with staff) when they would like to see story times taking place.  Nathan will be doing a story time next Friday (5th Feb) at 10.30. next week, while the volunteer covers the counter, and we will then set and advertise a regular time based on what customers tell us they want.

As posters are being produced perhaps we can send a poster to Mrs  ..........  Can you supply her address?

I would also appreciate details of the story time being put on the Friends of Old Town Library website.  Perhaps it can replace your article about story time.  The article is not factually correct and we would like to promote the story time.
